Welcome to our Frequently Asked Questions section! We understand that you may have some questions about our product or service, and we're here to help. Below you'll find answers to some the most common inquiries we receive. If you can't find what you're looking for, feel free to reach out to us for further assistance.

  • How much do you charge for nail art designs?
    The price of a design usually depends on its level of difficulty, time required, number of nails with the special design, and special products for a particular design. Please ask a member of staff for a quote.
  • What kind of payment does Kewticles accept?
    We accept both cash and card payments.
  • How long will my gel manicure / pedicure last?
    With a Gel Service, your chosen nail colour will stay put for up to three weeks without smudges, chips or peeling when cared for properly. If you experience any problems with your gel mani or pedi within 14 days of your appointment, we offer complimentary nail repair. Simply give us a call or pop into the store, and our nail technicians will return your nails to their former glory.
  • Are you open on Sundays?
    Sundays are for pre-booked appointments only, which you can book here. No walk-ins will be accepted on a Sunday.
  • Do I have to pay upfront when I book an appointment?
    No, you will not be charged when booking an appointment. We will take payment at the checkout after your treatment has finished.
  • Do you charge for soaking off nails?
    Yes, there is a charge of £10 for removing gel polish, and £16 for SNS / Builder Gel / Acrylic removal. However, if you book another treatment on the same day, you will only be charged £4 for removal.
  • What is Builder In A Bottle (BIAB)?
    BIAB is a formula that works as a strengthening overlay for your natural nail. Its soak off formula means that it’s easily removed without the use of an e-file. BIAB will help lengthen the life of your manicure by preventing chipping and peeling. It’s great for those looking to grow and maintain longer, healthy nails.
  • Do you have a loyalty program?
    Yes, please ask for a loyalty card when you're next in store.
  • Is parking available?
    You can park directly outside our shop (30 minute restrictions between 8am to 11am and 4pm to 6pm), or you can park in Waitrose or Tesco car parks in Egham, where you pay a small fee that can be refunded if you purchase something from them.
  • Do you offer nail treatments for men?
    Our treatments are for everyone! Click here to see our full service menu.
  • Do you accept walk-ins?
    We accept walk-ins from Monday to Saturday. We do not accept walk-ins on Sundays. Appointments must be pre-booked.
  • How do I buy a gift voucher?
    You can buy gift voucers in store or online here.
